The CBBE/3BA download link has /file at the end of it, which causes the link not to load. You can right click on it, copy the link, paste it into the browser but before you hit enter, just delete the /file portion of the address. This will allow you to download it without issue. Hope this helps anyone who might have been having the same issue as I was. 😁
Edit: Same for the 4K textures link. Follow the same process and easy peasy.

Works fine when I click it, even on mobile. Could be mediafire premium bandwith share messing it
