Any idea why I might be getting a CTD when installing this mod?

I downloaded it, installed it trough my mod manager, built the 3BA versions of the clothing, gloves, and neck piece with my body preset(3ba) in Bodyslide. Game loads up okay most of the time but whenever there is a loading screen it crashes.
